If your records are inaccurate on this site, it means your records are inaccurate in the Florida Department of State's database and you should contact them. Is my information secure?
All information on this website is by definition public information. As such, there is nothing to secure. All one needs to do to get a full copy of this information is to send a request to the Florida Division of Elections.

Information Removal

The information on this site was obtained via public voter registration records. The State of Florida has guidelines for public records exemption which applies to public agencies. It does not apply to entities which have gained historical public records from the state. These records are in the public domain. It is not private information. Please see the Florida Division of Elections website for more information.

We will remove information in special, but rare, circumstances. If you qualify for exemption in the State of Florida, you should follow through with that request with the State using the appropriate forms. Once your record is exempted by the State, your information will automatically be removed from view on this website upon the next monthly import. If you qualify for exemption, you can email us for interim removal. Please be detailed in your request. If your record is re-added to or not removed from public record by the State of Florida, it will be re-added to our database upon the next monthly import. This is public record. We will not remove public record except in rare circumstances. This request in no form guarantees removal. Note that we have zero control over search engines or other entities caching/scraping this information. We do not control any information contained on any domain other than floridaresidentdb.com.
